My friend in South Africa told me they've become used to power outages for maybe 5 hours at a time — which is what Kyiv, on a good day, is dealing with. Why is a country not at war going through these outages for years? Corruption has to be the answer.

People need to just clarify the differences between, adverse effects after administration, short term side effects and long term side effects.

Just to calm any worried vaccinated people. The list that was released is not for side effects or long term effects. It was for adverse effects after recieving it. These effects would occur within 2 months after receiving it. #VaccineSideEffects

Thank you for your reference numbers, there is a large area outage and it has been reported and escalated and it appears that Njala sub that feeds Mooikloof and Wapadrand has tripped.

Will provide updates.
