@airindia@airindia i called my bank SBI and they said the money you sent wasn't received and the payment failed from Air India's side. Can you please check once again. I have already shared my bank statement with you in DMs for you to verify that i didn't receive the money.
@airindia I was traveling on AI 173(DEL-SFO) 3rd Jan, 25. Had booked premium economy but was DNG'ed to Econ due to u overbooking ur Prem Eco. The officials at AI counter mentioned the money diff would be refunded to me within 20 days and yet, haven't received anything until now.

@airindia Been more than 20 days since they 'initiated' a refund and yet haven't received anything in my account. Looks like their archaic planes, even their transactions are using some old tech. Air India any estimate by when I can expect to receive my money? a month? an year? forever?

@airindia Also, ur airport team provided no compensation, you liars! Giving compensation as an EMD that can be utilized at only Air India counter within 1year of issuance & not refunding the amount to original mode of payment is the sort of reason no-one trusts your airlines anymore!
@airindia I repeat, according to my conversation with your airport team on the day of flight, they assured me they'd refund me the money to the original mode of payment. I'll need that, since I don't intend to travel with your airlines anymore.
@airindia As per our conversation at the counter, I had asked the money to be refunded back to the original mode of payment (credit card) as I don't intend to use Air India again! I don't want an EMD which I have to use within one year. @DGCAIndia this is the scam we are subjected to!
