In 2021, I had raised a complaint regarding an invalid loan account that was incorrectly linked to me, and the issue was resolved at that time. However, today I received the below SMS regarding the same loan account. I have attached the screenshot for your ref.

@TATAAIGIndia unacceptable service. Car claim #3000633023 filed on 15 Dec is stuck in approval with zero communication or transparency. This is harassment of customers. Escalating to @IRDAI_Official. Do better.
