@northernassist It would have been the 12:33 corckickle to whitehaven now every one has had to wait almost a hour for the next train

@northernassist so second time in 2 weeks you have a coach full of people travelling between 2 stations and you don't hold the train back for the 3 mins it would have taken for us to board we literally saw the train pulling out as the coach pulled up

@northernassist If you have a train running late 10 minutes which then has to get a replacement coach between stations and is only 5 minutes late to the next station, do you have any reason for not having your second train wait for the bus to arrive
