Am a light engineer
First, I’d invest in high-demand lighting equipment like moving heads, beam lights, LED walls, DMX controllers, and power solutions. This allows me to handle bigger events like concerts, weddings, church programs, and corporate shows — not just small gigs.
Second, I’d set up a small warehouse and branding — so the business looks professional and attracts premium clients.
Third, I’d build a team (2–3 trained staff) so we can run multiple events at once. That way, income is not dependent on me alone.
Then I’d focus on marketing — Instagram, TikTok, and partnerships with event planners, DJs, and venues to secure consistent bookings.
Revenue comes from equipment rentals, full event lighting setup, and long-term contracts with churches and event centers.
Based on current market rates, we can break even within 6–12 months and scale into a multi-location lighting rental company
