The underrated part: building it like a true web3 IP first company. All in house. Owned IP products and infra. No crowded cap tables.
This is where most NFT projects are getting it wrong and it’s why I fear many will eventually struggle to flow value back to holders long term without speculation, further token drops, gamba gamba and money burn.
All in the name of ‘scaling’, but that usually comes at the cost of what actually builds durable IP: taste, consistency and control.
IP businesses aren’t just about launching products. They’re about protecting the soul of the brand across every touchpoint.
This is where initiatives like the Azuki World Bible come into play. Deep and intentional IP building.
Azuki is all about rooted lore, cohesive activations, intentional collaborations and products that actually reinforce the universe they’re building.
The proof is in the pudding. I mean, Look at the collab portfolio and product activations.
When you own the creative process, product development and execution internally, the vision stays intact.
And when these products eventually monetize at global scale, who benefits first?

This is why. While most projects are speedrunning growth, diluting cap tables, burning cash, over indexing on marketing and doubling down on surface level content.
Azuki seems focused on something far more durable: Building high quality infrastructure, lore building and creating products for proven markets.
And once again. Proof is in the pudding. Azuki TCG Set 1 hitting $1M+ in preorders and https://t.co/HMSF3BrfDy is growing its user base everyday.
These achievements have yet to translate in the NFT floor price momentum. I agree. Azuki feels severely undervalued compared to most.
Only a matter of time till that shift happens. The revenue streams will only grow bigger and the operating bandwidth will only increase.
Currently, Azuki doesn’t market or operate as aggressively as many heavily funded peers.
They operate with less bandwidth compared to projects sitting on massive raises. They are more incisive and efficient with capital spent.
Which is actually a good thing. I’ve seen brands burn and raise too much money in this space without delivering anything of value.
Just driving value with more speculation, contingent token drops, unverifiable data pointers. Lol. It works for web3 savvy degens.
But for web2 people buying into web3 brand they are fond of, it is very counterintuitive. Many associate crypto with gambling and dismiss it.
Value driven products and experiences are better for onboarding. It’s why I think Azuki doing it the right way. The long and hard way. Yes. But the right way.
Holding an Azuki ecosystem NFT feels like buying into the early vision of a world owned by the community.
And driven by a top shelf team with strong taste who like to play to their strengths.
In a nutshell. It’s a long term game with long term people. That’s how you build an empire.
All it takes is a flip of a switch. I think we will see Azuki rising to the top charts soon.
It doesn’t get more ‘product first’ than @Azuki. They got dedicated teams building quality in every vertical.
