经常会有一些朋友问我为啥会对撸毛赛道理解这么透，其实这是基于我10年前就在web2做这件事了，已经成为了肌肉反应。我们当前在web3经历的所有玩法，几乎都是web2玩过的，也都能在过去找到规律。

一、15岁时的第一桶金
从小学到初中这些年，纯纯就是一个网瘾少年，从游戏机时代到网络游戏，不是在打游戏就是在打游戏的路上。上了初中后经常在网吧买点卡冲Q币，每次买10块钱点卡老板都要收我1块钱的手续费，这让本不富裕的我更加雪上加霜。09年有一次上学的路上路过一家电脑店，门口打着广告，冲Q币不收手续费，每次充值发现他是打开淘宝这个网站，竟然92折就可以冲到了，这让我发现了商机，我也可以原价帮同学冲，中间这个差价就是利润。经过一段时间的研究，我发现很多会员这些是可以刷的，因为那会腾讯和三大运营商同步没那么及时。

通过这个生意发现赚钱比玩游戏更有意思，因此把网瘾借掉了，开始全力给同学做服务，开启了QQ会员钻、QQ靓号、短号、情侣号、点亮图标等业务，还开展了借贷业务，因为一些同学网瘾大，但生活费花完了，我纵容了他们的欲望，但利息比较高，导致这些吊毛还不起就叫家长，结果我的本金也要不到了。这样持续了一年多时间大概赚了两三万，在初中生里算是比较有钱了，但因为学习不好我的大部分利润都用来给高中择校费了。让我意识到之前虽然赚钱了，但时间窗口不对，学习才是当下的主要矛盾，应该先把学习搞好，于是决定上大学再搞继续生意。

二、如何在大学时靠p2p撸到人生第一个百万
第一次发现p2p这个东西，还是在我上高中时，发现了一个社会问题，比我大10岁左右的很多人竟然毕业几年了还是每个月收入只能养活自己，并不能买车买房，如果我以后只能这样，那这会是无比痛苦的一件事。带着这个问题长达一两年也没找到答案，直到13年余额宝的出现，因为初中就开始做生意我很早开始用上支付宝，刚推出的前半年，年化有6-7%，放了几万块在里面竟然每天有近10块的收益，赶上我半天的伙食费了，顿时觉得如果有几十万，几百万，岂不是不用工作就可以超越很多上班族了。

于是在网上开始搜如何用钱生钱，出来了两个关键词,一是p2p年化收益13%，二是穷爸爸富爸爸这本书，这两个关键词一个是两年后帮助我赚了第一个一百万，另一个是打开了我的财商启蒙，这本书回答了我如何才能跳出老鼠赛跑的游戏，验证了我的一些观点。这也是第一次从主动读书中获益，因为原生环境没人可以给我答案，也让我从此养成了看书的习惯直到现在，这个习惯现在看至少价值千万。高中毕业后开始研究p2p，发现全国竟然有六千多家，第一个研究的是陆金所，陆金所每年在营销费用上都要花几十亿，让我发现这个市场还是非常大的，只要注册一下邀请好友，就可以赚一百多，如果投资三天，可以赚几百块。

我从全国几千家p2p平台中选了前200名，对他们每家的营销规则做了一一研究，总结下来一个身份把这些都注册一遍，竟然每个身份可以赚2W块，也就是找100个身份按照我的方法搞一遍，就可以赚200W。于是开始了我的p2p撸毛创业，搞了一个工作室带了十几个学生，每个人都把身边家人好朋友的身份拿来撸，搞了几百个身份，把这些平台都撸了一遍，最终踩雷率为0，也验证了我的判断是对的。但那个时候还没有系统化的知识，身边也没一个人看得懂我在做什么。

三、当年邮币卡的撸毛逻辑
大概15年下半年开始，邮币卡开始火起来，研究了一段时间后发现这玩意就是panzi,但不影响赚钱，要求就是有身份注册，这个时候我所有的基建都是现成的，于是开始了撸全国所有的邮币卡，无论他们交易所项目方怎么卡门槛，我们都可以满足要求，所以撸毛只是拿到早期筹码的手段而已，至于形式，他们想怎么变就由他们，上市就可以赚几十倍甚至上百倍，这个生意让我发现了比p2p赚的快很多，竟然一张邮票上市就可以撸几十万，而我们只需要入金1块钱，陪着项目方唱戏就好。

于是我全力搞了一年多这个事情直到16年年底门槛和风险增大了很多，开始要求第一期本金更多，那我们很可能就成为韭菜了，赔率就不合适了。撸邮币卡早期筹码这个方式和现在实际上是一样的，但现在是占了时代的风口，而且天花板是那时的百倍都不止。所以金融赚钱的本质是足够早，足够低成本拿到更多筹码，这样才可以任凭风浪起，稳坐钓鱼船。在不确定的市场里也可以寻找到确定性或非对称性风险的机会，在于我们是否善于发现规律。

因为对邮币卡的偏见，所以17年那个选择关口没有进币圈而是去创业开公司，结果把我这些年撸毛赚的钱都赔的裤衩都没了，但也获得了非常多的创业经验和对人性的理解。后来复盘发现，选择比努力更重要，如何具有选择的能力是很关键的，而大部分人是不具备做优秀选择的能力。现在我们都身处web3这个充满红利的行业，大行业无疑是选对了，经过五年前的创业失败，让我觉得无论发展到什么高度，都要对市场有敬畏心，对自己足够的了解，要保持谦卑。人生没有白走的路，每一步都算数。
