You’ve probably heard the news by now: Minnesota fraudsters stole over $1 billion from Medicaid. And you deserve an explanation.

Our staff at CMS told me they’ve never seen anything like this in Medicaid — and everyone from Gov. Tim Walz on down needs to be investigated, because they’ve been asleep at the wheel. Based on what we know now, this is a clear dereliction of duty.

First, the facts:

In recent years, Minnesota Medicaid launched several new programs, including Housing Stabilization Services, which helped disabled homeless individuals, and Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention, which reimbursed therapy costs for families with autistic children.

Some bad actors in Minnesota’s Somali community decided to game the system. And when they got away with it, they decided to go bigger.

The housing program was supposed to cost $2.6 million dollars annually. Last year, it paid out over $100 million. The autism program ballooned from $3 million in 2018 to nearly $400 million in 2023.

These scammers used stolen taxpayer money to buy flashy cars, purchase overseas real estate, and offer kickbacks to parents who enrolled their kids at fake autism treatment centers. Some of it may have even made its way to the Somalian terrorist group Al-Shebab.

So why didn’t Walz stop them?

That’s simple: because he went all-in on identity politics.

Somalis are a huge voting bloc, and the state’s leaders were afraid that “forcefully tackling this issue might cause political backlash.” That’s not me saying that. It’s a Somali-American fraud investigator who talked to The New York Times.

Somali scammers get rich off the programs Gov. Walz was supposed to be managing. Minnesota politicians get elected with Somali votes and keep the money flowing. This isn’t just fraud: it’s political patronage at public expense.

When Minnesota told CMS about the problem last year, they assured us they’d handle it. By summer, it was obvious they couldn’t — or wouldn’t. So, we stepped in and shut down the worst program: housing. We also froze provider enrollment in a few of the most abused programs.

So where do we go from here?

To restore the integrity of the Medicaid program, Minnesota must:

1. Provide CMS with weekly updates on how the state is stopping fraud.
2. Freeze enrollment of all high-risk providers for 6 months.
3. Confirm all providers in place are legitimate or remove them.
4. Send CMS a corrective action plan of how these will prevent this from happening again.

If we’re unsatisfied with the state’s plans or cooperation, we’ll stop paying the federal share of these programs.

The message to Walz is clear: either fix this in 60 days or start looking under your couch for spare change, because we’re done footing the bill for your incompetence.

With CMS on the case, these scammers and their bureaucratic enablers have nowhere left to hide. The vulnerable Americans who depend on these programs — and the taxpayers who fund them — deserve the truth.

The Democrats changed the game. They changed the rules. They pushed aside the Constitution and started applying their way. Only it had replaced the American way and replaced it with something else.

This would become the new class of people that would be ruled by the evil empire. The land of the free would become the land of the ruled. This invasion was allowed to let them in and become servants to the ruling class as their slaves going forward. They’ll have enough cheap labor to compete with the rest of the world.

Dems were always the party of slavery. They always felt they were above everyone else. They always felt they should be the ruling class and it couldn’t be more evident by their diabolical scheme to take over America. This would become modern day slavery and they would become the ruling class

Great plan only they never got a chance to pull it off. They weren’t able to take over the country and the election process quick enough. They saw their only threat and what stood in their way. One factor. The man who has been their kryptonite since he arrived on the scene.

Now Trump is back cleaning house. He is undoing everything the Dems did that was leading us into communism.

The Dems are now a dying brand, dying a slow death but they are desperately trying to hold onto what they started.

You see they haven’t given up their dream for eternal power. They are desperately trying to cling onto the illegals and as we speak they are on that hill willing to die for the illegals. What the CEO killing should make people realize is there are a segment of people in our society that will absolutely celebrate the death of you and your family if you happen to be part of the wrong class, have the wrong job, or belong to the wrong identity group. These people are focused in academia, the media, and a few other industries dominated by the far-left.

There is a dehumanization element to it. A health insurance executive didn’t commit a crime that would justify seeing them as evil, but that’s how they view him because they don’t like the current system. And among the far-left, being part of the system they hate justifies anything you do to him.

But it doesn’t end with health insurance CEOs. That logic will expand to millions of other Americans.

A politician opposes green new deal legislation? Evil.
A landlord evicts someone for not paying rent? Evil.
A man steps in and defends others under attack from an actual criminal on a subway? Evil.
You’re a cop? Evil.
You’re an Israeli? Evil
You served in the military? Evil.

There is no limiting principle here. If you’re part of a system they don’t agree with, they will justify violence against you. That’s what the weekly pro-terror marches in NYC are really about. And people better start to recognize it because the mainstreaming of that view is absolutely a threat to a future America that protects individual rights and economic freedom.
