@campbellclaret If I remember correctly, it's an EU rule that referendums can only gauge opinion. That if fewer than 65% decide the outcome, it becomes void and must be re-run following a transparent and balanced campaign. Cameron broke the rules. Parliament should have chosen the outcome.
