@CenterPoint Yeah I don’t think you do unless all of your management team is living with no power too but I’m gonna guess they are all “energized.” If you really want to know what we’re going through how about turning off your power in solidarity with all of your customers still out of power.

Called @CenterPoint emer line to report pole & lines down in backyard. Rep told me there were lots of customers in same position & they had no estimate when we would have power. Their outage map shows us to be getting our power back today. She repeated they had no estimate

Reserve linemen should have been hired well before Monday @CenterPoint with boots on the ground ready to go. All the CYA PR releases don’t change simple facts. You didn’t want to spend the money to make sure that your customers were safe & taken care of ASAP. #CenterPointless
