@AirIndiaX Horrible service from @AirIndiaX continues. While they were quick to respond on public thread and asked me to DM details, no action taken since then. How can an airline misplace luggage and don't return back even after 36 hours???

Horrible service from @AirIndiaX . They forced my sick son to check in his only carry on bag at the aircraft entrance. They unloaded at wrong airport and not able to sent it back even after a dozen calls...

@AirIndiaX Sent info on DM, as well as other ordeal my sick son had to face. Hopefully @AirIndiaX will be able to address this. I will post the update on this issue in next few hours basis how AIX addresses it.

@AirIndiaX Boarded flight IX 2793 from HYD for BLR on 27Nov. AIX unloaded in GOI, and promised to deliver bag next morning. I have been following up with their phone [phone], Aditya A) and now they say they can't send it and we shall collect from airport. #AirIndiaOnboard #AirIndia
