I have purchased a coffee table from flipkart. delivered as a broken item. On refund request, a technician visited and approved refund.
But now no one came to return pick the order. As of now the refund request was cancelled by Flipkart.

I have purchased a laptop from flipkart. On checking its warranty I came to know it has expired warranty. The laptop has battery life deteriorated to 50% bios error is coming again and again

bill provided to me by flipkart does not contain any serial number. Flipkart is not providing bill with serial number is worst service by flipkart.
On contacting brand i got to know that services will only be provided when there is serial no. on the bill

I request that please avoid buying products from flipkart because in case of defective products they will make you suffer for that decision. I am suffering from past 1 months. Every day I waste my 1hr arguing with flipkart to reach out with help.

Flipkart is providing worst services in terms of customer support. Everytime you call they say that you complain is escalated and if you ask about previous ones, they say that they are escalated too. They are just accepted that customer holds zero value
