@British_Airways I have a complaint case that keeps getting closed with no response regardless of how many times I reopen it. I am still yet to hear back from a person on my claim and it was to do with flight issues and delayed and broken luggage from a flight 2 months ago.

@SimonCalder I was on a flight (JFK -> LGW) that was diverted to Canada then back to. JFK due to a medical emergency. I ended up flying back to LHR and arrived over 24 hours later than planned. Am I due any compensation in this situation? Thanks!
@SkyHelpTeam having huge issues with my broadband in the last 24 hours. Constantly dropping and all of my devices refuse to connect, often saying the password is wrong when it isn't
