Tonight we played our first session of #pf2e since the death of one of our group members. As the GM I wove a tale of heroism, the intervention of Pharasma, and a debt that was collected. Golarion’s lore is so well crafted that I was able to insert our friend into its history.

The more that I play #pf2e the more impressed that I get with how elegant the system is. Every class has a place to shine and I love it. The rules balance the action economy and grant players with real choices in the game. It’s just plain fun!

Last night my players found themselves against an animated cauldron that nearly ended them. Fortunately, a knowledge check revealed that they were outmatched and they fled. Well, one player managed to carry his downed allies out of harms way #pf2e

I love the #paizo approach to encounter design! My players faced a ghost and even as a four on one fight it felt interesting and dangerous. The creature was built such that the action economy imbalance did not guarantee success, they still had to play smart.
