I was using XTRA facility in mobikwik since 2023, where i can deposit and withdraw money anytime as per my convenience. After Jun 2024, Mobikwik changed rule that I cannot withdraw my own money as per my wish.

Failing this, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Court and file a formal complaint with the Reserve Bank of India
