curious if wearables teams have considered a pop-up camera (like old android phones) for the recording-privacy problem: obvious hardware shape change instead of an LED nobody checks for

building RAG on top of nalanda's highlights & hit a fun bug: vector search assumes you know what you're looking for

ask something specific → works great
ask "summarize everything i saved" → breaks completely

so, top-k just returns whatever's closest to the query.
the solution?

first instinct: build a whole clustering + summary-tree pipeline for it (bunch of recursive summarization)

second instinct: topic tags + a simple router solves it at current scale w/ no infra overhead

the solution to gaining users for reels ("spotlight") is NOT defaulting to opening them when you launch the app

users see through it and are left annoyed

lets ask this instead: why would a user choose to share and/or view short-form content on snapchat?

hi @Flomerboy, not sure if Dispatch is your surface, but I would love if Dispatch let me queue commands while offline & auto-fire them once I'm online. most tasks i'd like done remotely appear amidst other activities, this lets me process them w/o context switching. cc @claudeai
