These photos were taken at our Every Girl partner hub in Bauchi state.
Over the last few weeks, young women across different parts of the country have been learning, building and testing ideas.
Treasure shipped SwiftRides. Khadijah built a Digital Wellness Hub in 24 hours. Some have launched products. Some have built platforms. Others are discovering skills and confidence they never knew they had.
What stands out isn’t just what they built. It’s what happened when they were given access to the right tools, guidance, and environment.
What connects them is not where they come from. It’s what becomes possible when talent meets opportunity.
Potential is everywhere. But potential alone does not create impact. People do.
This is why we invest in young people at @kshafrica, not because they need to be convinced to dream bigger, but because they deserve the opportunity to build bigger.
The future will not be shaped by those who have the most ideas. It will be shaped by those who are empowered to act on them.
That is what we’re seeing through the Every Girl program. And we’re only getting started.
We are not just creating opportunities, but ensuring those opportunities reach every corner of Nigeria.

Nigeria spent over N400bn importing solar products in 2025 and more than N200bn so far in 2026.
That is not just an import bill, it is a reminder of the production gap we must close as a nation.
Today, @NASENIHQ and @TheREANigeria, with @BPP_NG’s support, took another step to change that.
Under President @OfficialABAT’s Nigeria First Policy, NASENI will supply locally manufactured solar solutions for REA’s electrification projects.
Our goal is to reduce imports, create jobs, and strengthen Nigeria’s energy security.

Concluding Every Girl 3.0 virtual session, and one thing stands out above everything else: People are willing to invest in themselves when given the right opportunity.
Over the last two weeks, we saw young women consistently show up, eager to understand technology, explore new possibilities, and challenge themselves beyond their comfort Zones.
The biggest barrier to growth is rarely talent. It’s often exposure, access, and the decision to start.
What excites me most is not the number of participants. It’s the mindset behind their commitment. In a world filled with distractions, they chose development.
Every Girl 3.0 reminds me that when people are empowered with knowledge and community, transformation becomes inevitable.
The virtual session may have ended, but the journey is only beginning.

Last week I asked what actually kills ideas in Nigeria.
You answered. And none of you said the founder.
You said funding. Systems. Institutions that weren’t there when it mattered.
So here’s what the other side of that looks like.
An agency everyone wrote off. 44 products. Not proposed. Not archived. Running.
Liquid fertiliser. Diagnostic test kits. Renewable energy systems. Built inside NASENI.
The graveyard was always a systems problem. Not a people problem.

It was a pleasure joining participants of the @Harvard University-led Science of Defeating Malaria programme, led by Professor @dyann_wirth at their closing dinner in Abuja.
Our discussions reinforced the vision behind NASENI-TROMENT Biotechnologies Factory, a project we started 18 months ago to strengthen healthcare sovereignty through local production of diagnostic kits.
I appreciate their commendation of the progress made and reaffirm our commitment to continue building solutions that improve lives across Nigeria and Africa.
