extremely anecdotal but: i commute to & from the office along the QED. the brief window when it is closed to cars is extremely appreciated! i counted dozens of cyclists, walkers, runners, scooters, skateboarders, roller skaters, etc. on my bike ride home. thanks to the @NCC_CCN!
