@PassportIRL after 4 months, our tracker has now updated saying that there is an issue, and that you have emailed me. No email received, and I am unable to contact you by chat or phone as neither work. Can you open DM's so I can contact you to get the email re-sent?

[Keith Sharman @ksharman]

@PassportIRL Over a week on, more than 50 attempted calls and I always get an automated message saying to call back, online chat is never available, and the tracker has not updated since 29th April! Terrible service, csn anyone assist?

[Keith Sharman @ksharman]

@PassportIRL Passport due date was 28th Apr. Phone line never answers, "please try again later". Online webchat is always greyed out and not available. Tracker not updating. Is there anyway of speaking with someone to get an update? Holiday boked for 2 weeks time.

[Keith Sharman @ksharman]

@PassportIRL I have tried several times. Phone line has an automated service saying call back another time and the web chat service is not available! So what else do you suggest?

[Keith Sharman @ksharman]

@HMRCcustomers I have been unable to get through by phone, I have tried several times. I am waiting for a refund of a penalty notice, I was informed by post mid-March "you will repay it shortly".

Can anyone assist?

@RacingTV Can you look at your inbox and reply please?

[Keith Sharman @ksharman]

@BetwaySupport I have made withdrawal’s 21st and 23rd May which have still not reached me. I have tried the online chat service, and also emailed in. All I get told it is with the “payments team”. This is unacceptable, and I would appreciate you looking in to it.

@champneys I have 3 emails outstanding to [email protected] trying to book a stay for July. You are not taking calls either. Terrible customer service for what is suppose to be a luxury service provider.

For example £375 five fold, and - £1k distance bet! This can only encourage the young that follow him to bet beyond their means, Should this/can this be monitored in anyway? Especially as he is now affiliated with a bookmaker.

[Keith Sharman @ksharman]

@tony_calvin @kevinblake2011 @hughcahill7 Whilst someone like Racing blogger does lots of good for the industry connecting a younger generation, screen shotting the chunky bets he has recently is not good, especially with so many young followers, and the Gambling commission review around the corner.

@bluefin_fitness can you respond to my email sent yesterday morning? Your phones and online chat are still not working, 10 weeks in to lockdown. Not great service is it?
