@rickykej @airindia Recent flight from Bangkok-Delhi, AI 336 on 7 July 24. Crew forget to serve the beverages to front half rows. served 2 times to back half rows with 2 operational trolleys. Seem they were high or exhausted due to back to back flight shifts.
