With Ambassador John W. McDonald, co-founder of The Institute of Multi-Track Diplomacy (IMTD) at its Washington DC headquarters. Later the IMTD headquarters shifted to Pittsburgh, PA. Ambassador McDonald (1922-2019) floated the IMTD with Dr Louise Diamond in 1992 after serving as career diplomat with the US State Department and the UN for 40 years. He served as Ambassador for four terms under Presidents Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagon in 1970s and 1980s. He also served as Deputy Director General of International Labor Organization. I have the honour of attending two exhaustive international workshops on conflict resolution with him at Kathmandu and Male, Maldives. He was a man of an ocean of knowledge and experience in world diplomacy, international relations and conflict resolution. May his soul rest in peace!

Worst airline . My two female family members r stranded at Delhi due to callousness and abject unprofessional conduct of @airindia. They were forced to board a delayed flight from Hyderabad to Delhi despite the connecting flight to SXR had already left.

The airline knew there was no second flight to SXR on the day and for next three days. My family members r still struggling at Delhi. There is no reach out from the airline...@HardeepSPuri @AAI_Official
