Like probably would have flown with @KLM in the future but now it'll always be, I don't know is this $1000 cheaper than any other airline because they kept $1000 of our money and provided no service?

I thought @KLM was one of the better airlines, but it turns out they don't automatically reimburse their vouchers if unused and if you miss the expiry in your busy life, they'll just keep $1000 of your dollars while providing no service.
