The Bombay High Court judge got miffed with the plaintiff and adjourned the matter to 2046. The judge was of the view that the defamation suit could be resolved by tendering an unconditional apology. However, the plaintiff, who is close to 90 years old, still insists on pursuing the defamation suit.

Had a client who got sloshed on the plane. Got out super drunk. Picked up random bag which he thought was his and went home. Bag had laptop cash and what not. It was visible in the CCTV he was so drunk that he couldn’t even walk. Had an FIR registered on him. 😂

Indian Twitter right now is a vibe. BJP supporters think that opposition walked into a well-laid trap, and that opposition will get punished for being 'anti-women'. INDIA alliance supporters think that NDA miscalculated massively and they won the narrative. Everyone is happy, democratic muscles that were long dead have been excercised. Women have already won since its because of them, that the Parliament once debated the way it should; women have lost yet again because they still don't have representation. @sone_do_mujhe Arun Mishra on being asked to recuse in Indore development case did just that. Kept on saying my conscience is clear. Ended up writing a whole judgment on recusal which was cited as a precedence by SG in Kejriwal case. Was also successfully distinguished in rejoinder submission.
