Many times traders feel , I will work so hard , will burn midnight oil and put in lot of extra efforts and then I will be successful, still they are not.
Understand one important difference between trading and all other profession. Here reward is for decision making and not for efforts. Thus work on improving your decision making apparatus which might not come through lot of hard work.
