@TheUPSStore how do you hold your stores accountable to help a customer in this issue?!!! Submitted all paperwork 8/23, was told a check would be sent within 5 days, and all the store is saying is that it is still "processing"

@UPS and in the DM it's another response that you can't help me because the UPS store is the sender! The UPS store isn't escalating the issue. I should have a check by now and you are the company and someone there should be able to handle this issue. It's been too long.
