The greatest icon of Non-voilence(अहिंसा) believed that punishment for failing to erase untouchability was the death of almost 12k people.
Source:-Social & political thoughts of "mahatma" gandhi.
Mahatma Gandhi visited Bihar after one of the deadliest Earthquakes which occurred in 1934 in which about 12k people lost their lives.
When Gandhi was asked about this incident,he said- "it was the punishment for India's failure to eradicate untouchability".
I don't see this as a win.
This is blatant injustice towards Hindus. They invaded us & took our temples. If a thief steals ur property, do we compensate them with an equal amount of property?
If every time we reclaim our temple, we compensate them with an equal land, how are we gonna reclaim our land completely?
This reclaiming of temples is an eyewash for Hindus. It's not a win & we should not celebrate.
Why should these Muslims be given another piece of land for the construction of a mosque which was based on illegally captured Hindu Temple till now?
This is just ridiculous!
✧Ayurveda 🤝 Nanotechnology
Ayurveda mastered and developed Nano-Structured 1000s of years back, now confirmed by modern Microscopy 🔬
Modern Iron Supplements feed pathogens and cause side effects when unabsorbed.
Lauh Bhasma solves this issue completely by creating nano iron that the body easily absorbs!
🧪Lauh Bhasma is actually an Ancient Nanotech formula
Modern analyses (using tools like XRD, SEM, TEM) have found that Lauh Bhasma contains iron particles in the Nano to submicron range.
A research paper (link in comment) shows that when iron is processed to create Lauh Bhasma as per Ayurveda, the final product is crystalline iron oxide (alpha-hematite).
Electron microscopy shows:
ᯓ★Spherical to irregular particles
ᯓ★Agglomerates of very fine particles
Size distribution:
ᯓ★~10% below 250 nm
ᯓ★Median around ~500 nm
ᯓ★Some even smaller nanoscale fractions
👉This is literally micro–nano structured iron, not bulk metal.
It has:
✦Extremely fine, bioavailable particles
✦Often iron oxides (like Fe₂O₃ / Fe₃O₄)
✦Stabilized with organic compounds from the herbal processing steps (bhavana)
THIS matters a LOT.
Because in Ayurveda, the whole point of making a bhasma is:
✔Transform a heavy, potentially toxic metal into something the body can recognize, absorb, and use safely.
🔥 Why this matters:
As per both modern science and Ayurveda, unabsorbed Iron is very TOXIC for the body.
Even the best absorbed modern gentle Iron supplements like Iron Bisglycinate are not fully absorbed.
Unabsorbed iron is a FEAST for all sorts of pathogens. Bad bacteria multiply relentlessly with unabsorbed iron.
Iron is also inflammatory and can harm the liver when not fully absorbed. It can irritate the gut and increase oxidative stress.
✿But properly prepared bhasma:
⟡Is used in very small doses
⟡Is traditionally combined with carriers (like honey, ghee, or herbs)
⟡Seems to behave more like a regulated, biologically integrated form
❖Less brute-force iron loading → more intelligent delivery 🌿
Modern iron supplements cause all sorts of side effects like constipation, nausea etc.
This is why the PROCESSING of Iron matters a lot.
Even as per Ayurveda, improperly prepared Lauh Bhasma can be toxic to the gut.
The traditional steps: Shodhana (purification) + Marana (calcination with repeated heating cycles), aren’t just ritualistic.
They:
✦Break down bulk metal into ultra-fine particles
✦Bind the metal with plant-derived compounds
✦Reduce toxicity and improve tissue compatibility
From a modern lens, that’s basically:
⭐️Controlled thermal + biochemical engineering → nanoparticle synthesis 😄
⚖️ But Let’s Stay Grounded
Not all “Lauh Bhasma” is equal and this is crucial.
⬩➤Authentic, properly prepared bhasma ≠ random powdered iron
⬩➤Poorly made versions can absolutely be harmful
Quality depends on:
⬩➤Source
⬩➤Preparation lineage
⬩➤Testing (modern + traditional)
Also Lauh Bhasma is a supplement that must be taken under the gudiance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
This isn't something you can self medicate.
6. Muslin:
Indian Muslin woven in Bengal were exported to Rome even during Nero's time.
A detailed thread on Bengal's Muslin 👇🏼
https://t.co/WVkcpRXjHU
4. Ship-Building industry:
Total number of joint stock iron, steel, & ship building companies working in 1920-21 was 29 & by 1935-36 it rose to 69.
3. Iron & Steel:
Bengal was a so advanced in its production of Iron & steel it could hold it's own against any country in the world.
Indian Iron & Steel company which came to existence in 1918 had the capacity to produce 850,000 tons of pig iron & 100,000 tons of cast iron pipes, sleepers & general iron casting per annum.
In 1937, Steel Corporation of Bengal was formed for manufacturing Steel from pig iron.
Now let's look at pre-independence Data:
1. Cotton:
1931- there were 21 cotton Mills in Bengal
It spun 31.54 million pounds of yarns.
& 7.5 million pounds of woven goods
1936-39 - there were 46 cotton Mills in Bengal
It spun 45.70 million pounds of yarns.
& 43.8 million pounds of woven goods
Let's look at Post independence Data:
1955-56: Bengal's industrial production was 24%, second highest in India.
1966-67: Bengal's industrial production was 20%, still second highest in India.
British Historian William Digby once said:
"Bengal was mich more wealthy than was Britain"
American Historian Brooke Adams said:
"Britain's Industrial Revolution could not have taken off without the influx of money that followed the con-quest of Bengal"
That's how rich Bengal was that has been purposely kept in poverty now.
“Bengal has never been a hub for large manufacturing & cannot be.”
A government that failed to build industry finds it convenient to claim it never existed.
The problem isn’t history but it’s governance
Bengal’s history tells a very different story.

Whoever needs to hear this.
But the concept of Ghunghat was always part of our culture. It has nothing to do with British or Islam.
Ghunghat is mentioned in Ramayana, Kalidas's Shakuntala, Bhasa & many more much before Islam.
Here is a Gupta period statue of a woman.
Sullas and their stealing habits.
Pakis be like
let's change the colour slightly. Kisiko kya hi pata chalega kaha se chori kiya.
That style of Lehenga is Indian worn by many Actresses before u copied.
Taj Mahal was not brought to India on Mughal's shoulders. Indian workers built it with Money taxed from Indians.
Biriyani has been cooked in India, before Islam itself was born, for any Mughals to bring it from anywhere. Lol
