NEW: RFK Jr. says Medicare spending on wound care patches exploded from $200 million in 2019 to $14 billion last year: "It's all stolen."

Bad actors billed Medicare billions by slapping the most expensive skin grafts on elderly and dying patients who didn't need them.

"The doctors who prescribed them would get 6% of the sales cost. And so, they were incentivized to prescribe more expensive products. In Europe, they spend 35 cents a cubic inch. We were spending $135, and that went up to $2,000 a cubic inch."

In June, DOJ charged 11 more defendants over more than $2 billion in allograft claims, including a company accused of issuing sham invoices to inflate what Medicare paid.

Folks, we are in an existential crisis.

We must elect MAGA candidates in the midterms. Anyone telling you not to vote is anti-USA. Disregard them. Block them. Unfollow them.

When you elected President Trump in 2024, you elected him to serve a four-year term.

What we need now more than ever is a strong MAGA presence in Congress. That is what the midterms are for.

I know we are tired. I know we have been through the worst psychological warfare over the last ten years.

Give him the platform. Give him the momentum to finish the last two years of his presidency.

I know many of us disagree on certain people in the movement and on certain policies. If the person you disagree with supports President Trump and is voting with President Trump, set it aside. Unify long enough to push his agenda and elect MAGA in November.

If you are in the foxhole and you disagree with the man next to you on every issue in life except beating the enemy, you still put the differences aside and beat the damn enemy. We can argue the rest after the battle.

I am calling on patriots to stop attacking other patriots right now. Even if you disagree on fundamental issues, if they support President Trump, pause it. We will have time to debate later.

Focus on the midterms. Elect MAGA who will support President Trump.

Think big picture. Think 40,000-foot view.

A federal judge just handed ICE a new rulebook for the Los Angeles basin, and DHS Secretary Mullin's team wasted no time saying they'll fight it. U.S. District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, appointed by Joe Biden, granted a preliminary injunction on September 2nd that was unsealed this week, and it reaches into Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties.

The order says agents must weigh the ’totality of the circumstances’ on a person's flight risk before making a warrantless civil immigration arrest — and it specifically 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 ICE had been using since January, when former Acting Director Todd Lyons issued guidance that being undocumented alone was enough to justify an arrest without a warrant.

Frimpong is ordering federal agents to 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 on the spot before ever making an arrest, in the middle of the largest immigration enforcement operation in modern American history. Every extra form, every extra judgment call demanded mid-arrest, is a door left open for someone who should already be gone.

The lawsuit came from the ACLU of Southern California and local immigrant advocacy groups, filed last fall during the enforcement surge in the region. This is at least the fifth federal court — after Portland, Colorado, Washington D.C., and the Eastern District of California — to slap similar restrictions on warrantless arrests since Trump's deportation push began.
