I have been trying to reschedule my passport appointment since yesterday. However, even after filling in all the details on the rescheduling page, it just refreshes without proceeding further.

I contacted Customer Support, and they informed me that there is a CAPTCHA code issue causing the rescheduling option to malfunction. They were unable to provide any timeline for when it will be fixed.

Upon reaching out to customer care, I was informed that I would be charged a convenience fee in case of cancellation, which is a result of a fault in FirstCry’s system.
As the error is not on my part why I should be charged?

I've already waited almost 2 years due to my initial mistake when these guys scammed me by posing as DDA in their advertisement & did a lucky draw in Sep 2019 saying it is managed by DDA.
