The #lundehund vase inspired by Mycenaean #kylix — Lundehunds were bred to hunt puffins and evolved a sixth toe which made cliff climbing easier. #ceramics #dogsoftwitter #athens #atticblack #AA2A

Two steps forward one step back: blacks came out like faded felt marker & spent the last week repainting the areas for a second firing. Also, the enormous crack (will get fixed!). Even so, it looks quite shocking!! #artworkinprogress #ceramics #BichromeBarrelJug #athens #AA2A

Transfer of the #epinetron design #SalishWoolDog onto the etching plate going well #AA2A! #artworkinprogress

@w_carruthers Thank you!! Have only read descriptions of the furnace — mostly by critics of taste and art from the early 19th c. who were appalled by Egyptian-styled architecture. This is great!!

Another artistic installation at #theatticblackshop — the #epinetron is ready for a second firing! #Athens #SalishWoolDog #DogHistory #AncientDogsOfTwitter
