On this day, October 13, 31 years ago, with my Gurdev and Satguru’s Kirpa and Daya, I joined the Bar and began practising. In my very first case, I alone defeated the renowned Senior Advocate Arun Jaitley and his team, which I fought for my Sikhism. 🙏🌹

अपने पहले ही मुकदमे में मैंने अकेले ही विख्यात वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता अरुण जेटली जी और उनकी पूरी टीम को पराजित किया। यह मुकदमा मैंने अपने सिख धर्म के लिए लड़ा था। 🙏🌹

ਆਪਣੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹੀ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ, ਮੈਂ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਅਰੁਣ ਜੇਤਲੀ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਇਹ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਲਈ ਲੜਿਆ ਸੀ। 🙏🌹

David is a magnificent Blue-eyed Cockatoo and a deeply loved member of our extraordinary family. Our aviary is home to different types of Macaws including the majestic Hyacinth Macaws, beautiful rare Cockatoos and many other remarkable rare parrots-but to us, they are not simply birds. They are our children, our sons and daughters, and inseparable members of our family.

Every joyful call, playful moment and graceful wingbeat fills our home with happiness. We celebrate each birthday with great joy and ceremony- cutting cakes, singing birthday songs and thanking God for the blessing of their presence in our lives.

We believe that every living being has a soul. The same divine light that shines within human beings also shines through these innocent eyes. When we look at them, we see love, purity and God Himself.

Their spacious open-air aviary is a sanctuary created with devotion. Their aviary has advanced air-conditioning, Dyson air purifiers, the highest standards of hygiene, nutritious food, carefully selected nuts and seeds, and new toys every week. Yet their greatest comfort is the love, companionship and dignity with which they are cherished every day.

This decision offers a powerful lesson for leaders seeking to build strong brands and loyal customers: define the right customer clearly, then align every part of the experience around that choice.

When a business tries to serve everyone, its decisions become diluted. It adds products for different expectations, changes its service style from one customer to another, and eventually creates an experience that feels acceptable to many but exceptional to nobody.

A focused brand begins with one clear customer profile.

For Emirates, that ideal customer may value:

- A seamless journey, from booking to arrival, with fewer points of confusion.
- Comfort and consistency, especially on long international journeys.
- A sense that every detail has been considered before the customer has to ask.

That same customer may dislike:

- Complicated choices that make the journey harder to understand.
- Staff who treat every interaction like a transaction.
- A brand promising one experience while delivering another.

Once those preferences are understood, alignment becomes possible.

The product must support the promise. The service must make the promise visible.

The same principle applies to vocational education and aviation training.

An institute must decide who it is best equipped to serve. Perhaps it is the learner who wants a disciplined, professional path into aviation and values communication skills, personal presentation, practical exposure, and guidance from experienced trainers.

That learner may dislike:

- Vague career promises without a clear learning pathway.

यह विश्वास, संबंधों, प्रभाव और विनम्रता के माध्यम से विकास को मापने का एक व्यावहारिक तरीका देती है।
हर महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव पर, चार प्रविष्टियाँ लिखें:

1.वे लोग जिन्होंने शुरुआत में ही दृष्टि पर भरोसा किया
उन लोगों के नाम दर्ज करें जिन्होंने परिणाम दिखने से पहले ही विश्वास किया। याद रखें कि उन्होंने आपका समर्थन करने में क्या जोखिम लिया और उनके विश्वास ने आपके फैसलों को कैसे प्रभावित किया।
यह सफलता को एक व्यक्ति की कहानी बनने से रोकता है। हर सार्थक संस्थान दूसरों के विश्वास और सहयोग से ही बनता है।

2.वे टीम सदस्य जो परिवार बन गए

अपने अगले पड़ाव के बाद अपनी स्वयं की चार-प्रविष्टि डायरी बनाएं। इसे न केवल यह तय करने दें कि आप क्या मनाते हैं, बल्कि यह भी कि आप किस तरह के नेता और संस्थान बनना चुनते हैं।

After building Frankfinn from scratch with the blessings of my Rahbar Guru Dhan Baba Jagroop Singh Ji Maharaj and Dhan Dhan Waheguru Sri Guru Nanak Sahib Ji Maharaj, I learned to review the journey through a four-entry gratitude ledger.

It gives you a practical way to measure growth through trust, relationships, impact, and humility.

At every important milestone, write four entries:

1. The people who trusted the vision early

Record the names of those who believed before the results were visible. Remember what they risked by supporting you and how their trust influenced your decisions.

This keeps success from becoming a story about one person. Every meaningful institution is built with the faith and support of others.

2. The team members who became family

Write about the people who stood beside you during difficult decisions, long days, uncertainty, and change. Note the challenges you faced together and the values they demonstrated.

Shared difficulty reveals character. It also shows whether the culture you speak about is actually being lived inside the organisation.

3. The learners whose lives gained direction

Return to the people your work was created to serve. Record how a learner entered with uncertainty and moved forward with greater confidence, skill, or purpose.

In vocational education, the clearest measure of our work is the direction a learner gains. Every number represents a human life, a family, and a future being shaped.

4. The decisions that reflected humility

Write down the decisions where you listened before speaking, accepted correction, gave credit to others, or chose long-term culture over short-term recognition.

These decisions quietly shape an organisation. They tell people what truly matters when nobody is watching.

This ledger takes only four entries, but it changes the way a leader looks at progress. Revenue and scale still matter, yet they can never tell the whole story.

Trust tells you who stood with you. Relationships tell you how the journey was shared. Impact tells you why the work mattered. Humility tells you whether success has changed your values.

I have learned that gratitude is more than remembering the past. It is a leadership discipline. It helps us carry the right lessons into the future and remain grounded when the organisation grows beyond its earliest days.

Keep your own four-entry ledger after your next milestone. Let it guide not only what you celebrate, but also the kind of leader and institution you choose to become.

When a Person with Saintly Values and Attire Leads a Boardroom

Power doesn’t walk in with a suit here. It walks in with silence, humility, and a presence that needs no announcement.

Most boardrooms run on authority. This one runs on grace.

Here, the person at the head of the table doesn’t wear power - he wears humility, and it commands more respect than any title ever could.

He doesn’t sit at the head of the table because of hierarchy. He sits there because he’s earned surrender, not demanded submission.

Truth isn’t a compliance policy in this boardroom. It’s a way of breathing.

Meetings don’t begin with targets. They begin with intention.

Decisions aren’t just profitable - they are principled. Every choice passes through one filter: does this serve people, not just numbers?

Employees aren’t “resources” here. They’re souls on a shared journey, and that changes everything - how they’re spoken to, trained, trusted, and grown.

There’s no fear in this culture, only accountability born from respect. No politics, only purpose.
When a leader carries godly values, the whole organization inherits a conscience.

Discipline is not enforced through fear. It flows from faith, and faith never needs a reminder.
This is a culture where mistakes are met with guidance, not humiliation - where success is met with gratitude, not arrogance.

People do not leave this kind of leadership. They grow roots in it.

Because when values are godly, leadership stops being a position - it becomes a blessing.
Numbers will always change. Character never will.

This isn’t corporate culture. This is corporate consciousness.

The world doesn’t need more bosses - the future does not belong to the loudest leaders. It belongs to the humblest ones.

A company can be built on capital. But it can only be sustained on character.

जब कोई संत जैसे मूल्यों और वेशभूषा वाला व्यक्ति बोर्डरूम का नेतृत्व करता है
यहाँ शक्ति सूट पहनकर नहीं आती। यह मौन, विनम्रता और एक ऐसी उपस्थिति के साथ आती है जिसे किसी घोषणा की ज़रूरत नहीं होती।
ज़्यादातर बोर्डरूम अधिकार पर चलते हैं। यह एक अनुग्रह पर चलता है।
यहाँ, मेज़ के मुखिया पर बैठा व्यक्ति सत्ता नहीं ओढ़ता - वह विनम्रता ओढ़ता है, और यह किसी भी पदवी से ज़्यादा सम्मान अर्जित करती है।
वह मेज़ के मुखिया पर पदानुक्रम की वजह से नहीं बैठता। वह वहाँ इसलिए बैठता है क्योंकि उसने समर्पण अर्जित किया है, अधीनता माँगी नहीं है।
इस बोर्डरूम में सच्चाई कोई अनुपालन नीति नहीं है। यह साँस लेने का एक तरीका है।
बैठकें लक्ष्यों से शुरू नहीं होतीं। वे नीयत से शुरू होती हैं।
फ़ैसले सिर्फ़ मुनाफ़े वाले नहीं होते - वे सिद्धांतवादी होते हैं। हर विकल्प एक ही कसौटी से गुज़रता है: क्या यह लोगों की सेवा करता है, सिर्फ़ आँकड़ों की नहीं?
यहाँ कर्मचारी “संसाधन” नहीं हैं। वे एक साझी यात्रा पर चलने वाली आत्माएँ हैं, और इससे सब कुछ बदल जाता है - उनसे कैसे बात की जाती है, उन्हें कैसे प्रशिक्षित, विश्वसनीय और विकसित किया जाता है।
इस संस्कृति में कोई डर नहीं है, केवल सम्मान से जन्मी जवाबदेही है। कोई राजनीति नहीं, केवल उद्देश्य है।
जब कोई नेता ईश्वरीय मूल्य लेकर चलता है, तो पूरा संगठन एक अंतरात्मा विरासत में पाता है।
अनुशासन डर के ज़रिए लागू नहीं किया जाता। यह आस्था से बहता है, और आस्था को कभी याद दिलाने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ती।
यह एक ऐसी संस्कृति है जहाँ गलतियों का सामना मार्गदर्शन से होता है, अपमान से नहीं - जहाँ सफलता का स्वागत कृतज्ञता से होता है, अहंकार से नहीं।
लोग इस तरह के नेतृत्व को नहीं छोड़ते। वे इसमें जड़ें जमा लेते हैं।
क्योंकि जब मूल्य ईश्वरीय होते हैं, तो नेतृत्व एक पद बनना बंद कर देता है - यह एक आशीर्वाद बन जाता है।
आँकड़े हमेशा बदलते रहेंगे। चरित्र कभी नहीं बदलेगा।
यह कॉर्पोरेट संस्कृति नहीं है। यह कॉर्पोरेट चेतना है।
दुनिया को और बॉस की ज़रूरत नहीं है - भविष्य सबसे ऊँची आवाज़ वाले नेताओं का नहीं होगा। यह सबसे विनम्र लोगों का होगा।
एक कंपनी पूँजी पर बनाई जा सकती है। लेकिन इसे केवल चरित्र पर ही टिकाया जा सकता है।

🙏 TODAY IS PROMISE FULFILLMENT DAY 🙏

September 4th - A Sacred Day of Eternal Truth

Six years ago today, the universe witnessed a miracle that forever changed my understanding of divine promises.
My beloved Rahbar Guru, Dhan Baba Jagroop Singh Ji Maharaj, stayed at our Gurgaon home before departing for the United States. As he prepared to leave, my mother made one simple request:
“Please stay at our home for at least one night when you return.”
With divine grace, he smiled and promised: “I will come back with your son, Kulvinder Singh from US and fulfill this promise.”
But destiny had other plans. Our beloved Guru attained Sachkhand in America, leaving us physically but never spiritually.
And then… the miracle happened. ✨
On September 4, 2020, his sacred body returned with me to India. That night, as promised, he rested in our Gurgaon home. The next morning, we flew him to Punjab.
Even in his eternal journey, he kept his word.
This is the power of a True Saint - their promises transcend life and death.
Today, and every September 4th, we celebrate #PromiseFulfillmentDay - not just as a memory, but as living proof that:
True Saints honor their word beyond the physical realm
Divine love knows no boundaries
A Guru’s presence is eternal in our hearts
Though I feel his physical absence every moment, he lives within me always. In my darkest hours, I am never alone - for he resides in every heartbeat, every breath, every thought. 🙏

Rakhri: The Punjabi Rakhi Celebration
Rakhri, known across India as Raksha Bandhan, is the joyous festival where sisters tie a sacred thread on their brothers’ wrists, symbolizing love and protection. In Punjab, it’s celebrated as “Rakhrhya,” rooted in a tradition where brothers vow to safeguard their sisters, while sisters pray for their brothers’ long, healthy lives. Interestingly, the word “Rakhi” traces back to 18th-century Punjab, when the Sikh Khalsa Army coined the term as a pact of protection for farmers.

रखड़ी: पंजाबी रक्षाबंधन उत्सव
रखड़ी, जिसे पूरे भारत में रक्षाबंधन के नाम से जाना जाता है, वह हर्षोल्लास भरा त्योहार है जिसमें बहनें अपने भाइयों की कलाई पर एक पवित्र धागा बांधती हैं, जो प्रेम और सुरक्षा का प्रतीक है। पंजाब में इसे “रखड़िया” के रूप में मनाया जाता है, जो उस परंपरा में निहित है जिसमें भाई अपनी बहनों की रक्षा करने की प्रतिज्ञा लेते हैं, जबकि बहनें अपने भाइयों के लंबे और स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए प्रार्थना करती हैं। दिलचस्प बात यह है कि “राखी” शब्द 18वीं सदी के पंजाब से जुड़ा है, जब सिख खालसा सेना ने इसे किसानों की सुरक्षा के समझौते के रूप में गढ़ा था।
