@RogersHelps I spent the last 2 hours without internet, checked online, no outage listed. Contacted the chat and they couldn’t tell me if there was an outage and to call back during business hours. Suddenly internet is back, sounds like an outage to me. So frustrating.
@RogersHelps Good morning! Yes I have, a week or two ago. The person reset our modem on your end and said that should help. It did for a bit but I’m back to unplugging my modem to get things to work.
@AirCanada how do I request refund for seat purchase? We had preferred seats booked and when we were boarding we noticed our seats changed to not preferred. Please advise!
@jarmstrongbc@GlobalBC Not related but wondering what happened to the 11pm news with you? Seems to be just a repeat of the 6pm. Granted, sometimes that’s all it was.
@canadapostcorp why is mail so inconsistent. I seem to get delivery once a week. Maybe twice. Waiting for important docs and not sure if/when my mail comes.
