@ENPDoc@CE_HandSurg ✋🏼never seen the best NP be better than the best do I know. And never seen an NP handle a legitimate massive resus/trauma without royally fucking it up. Coming from over a decade of EMS, ER, Crit care in numerous states in both rural and urban environments. Your ego is insane
@IanCopeland5 You should read his lawsuit against his residency program/hospital. He had a pediatric patient in a locked psych unit “threaten to shoot” him and got scared and called police. While the kid was LOCKED IN the unit and with security. But he’s tough online!
@AndrewZywiecMD Bro you are soft as butter. Read your little court case where you felt “unsafe” with security there because a child “threatened you” hahaha. Hide behind you keyboard all tough!
Insane stat: Healthcare and Social Assistance have added nearly 1.8 million private-sector jobs in the US since the end of 2023 while all of other industries combined have lost 127,800 jobs.
Agree.
Corrolary: If you’re a nonprocedural consultant who is unwilling to deviate from guidelines, you can & should be replaced by artifical intelligence.
1/n Here’s a thread on why this is nonsense. I think it’s important to debunk bc increasingly the antivaccine activists and their rhetoric are trying to sound more like real science even though it’s fake.
@ross_prager I’ve seen it twice in thin people getting excellent CPR. Both times, patient was awake and pushing nurses off only to immediately arrest after pausing compression. Even despite PEA/asytole on monitor. Central A line confirmed flat when compression stopped.
@SportsStooge32 “Hey man, can you stop being selfish? The people of Yara are getting fucked up right now! Answer the phone bitch! Okay, Au Rever, that’s French for goodbye”
@ericgallanty if it gets deflected off same team after kicking motion, no goal. If it gets deflected off the defending team, it counts. And possession is defined as being able to make a hockey play when you have the puck. agree that’s no goal. If it went off BC, would’ve counted
We often consider Melanoma in the spine as a metastatic disease.
In this unique case, we encountered a patient suffering from progressive thoracic myelopathy secondary to a Primary Meningeal Melanoma.
This multi-level tumor occupied both the intramedullary and extramedulary compartments of the spinal cord, making it a very technically-demanding operation.
Check out our recent video publication of this case, highlighting the microsurgical techniques necessary to achieve a safe tumor resection. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

This is a wild moment for me.
Tim Pool and I agree on basically nothing.
And even he can see plain as day, the officer takes the man’s gun, and the man is disarmed before the shot takes place.
This should scare every American, left or right, because right now it’s targeting only certain people.
But if left unchecked, these goons can be used against anyone.
And that’s why we all must call this out.
It’s not sports teams.
It is our Republic and our safety!
If the Second Amendment does not apply to this exact kind of moment, what do people think it is for?
A citizen can lawfully carry, see masked federal agents beating someone in public, move toward the scene to help, and then get erased with a hail of bullets because “he had a gun.”
That excuse is an insult in a country where possession is legal by design, where the whole point is that the public never becomes a disarmed audience watching state power operate with impunity.
I’m not interested in arguing frame-by-frame footage. I’m interested in the principle that a free people cannot accept a standard where lawful carry becomes a death sentence the second authority feels threatened.
If that is the standard, then the 2nd Amendment has been reduced to a vibe. The founders did not write it so Republicans could do militia cosplay on weekends.
1/ On Monday, CDC adopted the recommendation to roll back the universal hepatitis B birth dose. The next day, a grant appeared in the Federal Register: $1.6 million to the University of Southern Denmark to run an RCT in Guinea-Bissau on “optimal timing” of the birth dose.
