My order was confirmed at the sale price, then cancelled today. The product is still in stock, but now costs more and I’m being asked to reorder.

@SpiderLinkIndia it’s been 3 days, there is no internet due to LOS. I have been trying to connect to customer care and called multiple times but no one is picking the call. Need an urgent resolution.
@JioCare But what’s new here? I heard the same thing yesterday. I need a real resolution, not the same request being raised over and over. And ‘earliest’ needs a proper definition because this is dragging on endlessly.
I recharged my broadband 12+ hours ago but the plan still isn’t activated. Every time I call, I’m told to “wait 4 hours” again. This is my first time using Jio broadband and within 2 months it’s already been a really disappointing experience.

@Livpure_India it’s been more than 15 days I have raised request for RO pickup and cancellation. It’s neither cancelled nor picked up. While giving the subscription you are very proactive but while cancelling service is poor.
Need immediate assistance!

@help_delhivery@delhivery@RelianceDigital This is 5th day, my courier reached to nearest delivery hub and it is not delivered yet. Even without any call, they have marked that they are not able to reach out to us for delivery.

@bigbasket_com This is what I am hearing since yesterday but waiting team to connect. For deliveries, it gets delivered within mins and for pickup, nobody is bothered as we have already paid money for the item.
Very pathetic service by @bigbasket_com. Raised return request for one of the item which was near to expiry date and team scheduled pick up for same day. It’s been 2 days, it was not picked and no refund as well. Did follow up 7-8 times but always same response to wait for pickup

@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia it’s been 5 days since I placed connection shifting request and everyday team is saying we will do it today.
Now they cancelled the request stating that it is not feasible in my area while everybody is using Airtel connection in my building.
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence airtel is talking about 5G plus launch, expansion and here we are struggling for a broadband shifting to new area which is only 400-500 mtrs away. I am following up since 29th Sept and they are saying we can’t do this shifting as its not feasible.
