The sales team will sugarcoat and try to sell you a package, and when it comes to signing the t&c documents, they'll dissuade you from reading the document, with some fake friendly statements, saying, "trust us, we are here to serve you"

You take a minimum 3 working days & multiple reminders to respond to customer complaints, but are prompt in following up for payments.

You are only interested in Money, but don't care in solving customer complaints due to incorrect sales commitments.

Modus Operandi
- Target customers who are checking out with time constaint.
- Share the program details, but conviniently hide the fine print.
- Dissaude people from reading the T&C document citing time constraint.
- Reveal the fine print only after sales.

Beware of @clubmahindra.

Their sales team can promise you the moon.
After sales, they will start pointing to the fine print in the T&C document, but will conviniently ignore the sales commitment done by their sales rep.

@pizzahut this is regarding my order 7290068341 placed 10 days ago. I never recd it. I've been following up for refund, but since I used a gift card, the only std response I get is "our Seniors will get back to you".
But, I've not recd even a single callback / update till date.

Do you really intend to address customer's issues or are you only interested in their money.
