Booked a train ticket via IRCTC for ₹321 (Kanpur → Delhi).

Ticket remained Waitlisted (WL 10) and got auto-cancelled.

Facts: • Ticket fare: ₹290
• IRCTC charges deducted
• Refund received: ₹250
• ₹60 deducted without any service

My questions: • Why is IRCTC charging fees when ticket is not confirmed?

• What exact rule allows deduction of ₹60 for a cancelled waitlisted ticket?

• How is this fair to passengers?

Passengers deserve transparent rules and full refunds when no service is provided. via @khuchrep

@TataMotors @TataMotors Also the fuel was stolen and the tank was completely dry. They asked for money to buy fuel at least turn on the ignition. How could my car go to company in dry state I am wondering. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!

@TataMotors Extremely disappointed with the pathetic after-sales service in Patna, Bihar. A minor insurance claim took 40 DAYS to process. No proper communication, zero urgency, and unprofessional staff.
Is this the standard you offer? #TataMotors #CustomerComplaint

Extremely disappointed with the service. My parents had to spend 2 full days at the branch just to get the vehicle cleaned, and even then, dents weren’t properly fixed. Now being pressured by support staff to withdraw the complaint. Totally unacceptable. @@TataMotors

We celebrate a war

In india, in hindu culture, every major festival is a celebration of war.

Dussehra is a celebration of war.

Diwali is a celebration of war.

Holi is a celebration of war.

Like this, many festivals are celebration of war.

Festival literally means in hindu culture is a victory over evil.

Thats why we celebrate a war with a pride in our hearts.

We’re the people of dharma.

We’re the land of dharma.
