@lindapoitevin A few years ago we ended up at the emergency vet with a cat who wouldn't eat & it turned out to be kidney disease. We were worried but she's been living mostly event free w/ kidney disease for about 4 yrs now. Ask lots of questions & learn what works best for your kitty!
