@Lufthansa messing up my ticket, a thread:
I booked a ticket for Lufthansa on Sep 8 for SEA to ADB. I've never received a ticket number. I called 10 times, emailed 3 times. Today they refused to check me in because "they cannot process it". They spent 2 hours on phone. 1/13

@ParisAeroport Airside Transfer from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2E. Is it possible? I cannot find this information ANYWHERE. Non-Schengen to Non-Schengen country. Same airline, bags connected to final destination. How will I airside transfer?

@flySEA Clear system is "clear"ly not thought out well. It keeps merging people into the same line, causing frustration for everyone. Just give them a separate line to make it better for everyone.

I will try my best to get some sort of justice. It is incredible how @Lufthansa employees themselves say it is their fault, yet they cannot reach anyone to fix the problem. Good luck to anyone who has booked with Lufthansa.

Lastly, realizing that there is nothing to be done, I decide to leave. I don't know when I can again arrange a good time to go home. I don't know if my dad is/will be okay. @Lufthansa told me it was okay, Lufthansa told me to wait, and Lufthansa didn't check me in. 12/13
