@AventisSystems@amazon@AGRobBonta I completed a complaint on August 31 but was not given any indication as to how long it might take for your office to review, nor any way to follow up. When I call to ask, the call gets disconnected. How can I follow up?
Long story about @JeffBezos 's @amazon and my customer experience:
On December 27, 2022 I ordered the Synology NAS Diskstation for $399+tax ($434.99)
The item was damaged in shipping and did not arrive at my house; it turned around before it got to me. I was given a full refund.
@AventisSystems told me that I never initiated a return, so I sent them a from @amazon email proving that I did.
Then they told me that they DID receive my item, but it was after the 30 day return policy. So they have my money and my item, but won’t refund me?
