@CoachYashinsky@ScottEmerich19 The ruling was correct. At least they took the time to get it right. Many would’ve just went either way whatever they thought. It was a long delay, however there was also confusion from Kowal on an exception rule- explaining that was more of the delay from what I was told
@GetSpectrum your Onalaska, Wisconsin store is terrible. Over 45 minutes waiting to return equipment as the three works have no idea what to do. There is currently 13 people waiting… this is terrible customer service- the workers are rude as well to the older customers

@AmazonHelp what is happening. My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Now when I go to track it I see a message it hasn’t even shipped yet? I’m a prime paying member and not impressed.
