your body needed to gain weight...
and you still made the healthy choice.
How do I know diet culture is messed up?
I made my client’s day because I told her it’s okay to eat the whole egg and not just the egg white for breakfast.
A few friendly reminders:
1. You can have a great workout even if your Apple Watch died.
2. It’s okay to take a rest day, just because you feel like it.
3. A flat stomach won’t make you happy. Caring for your body and your mind will.
Remember when we used to watch the VS Angels fashion show with our gal pals and negatively compare our bodies to theirs??
Yeah let’s never do that again.

-your bench press max
-quality sleep
-thinking less about food
-sore abs from laughing
-margarita Monday with friends
Emotional Eating is:
NORMAL. It’s a psychological and biological result of food restriction. Let’s normalize emotional eating and remove the guilt and shame around food!!
