@AmericanAir Frustrated! On hold with AA baggagefor 20 minutes now. After a canceled flight & no explanation at 8:50am in DFW yesterday & not arriving to Louisville until 8pm, I was told my luggage was on the next flight & would be delivered to my hotel. Still no update & no bag.
