Top summer pregnancy tip: arrange all your zoom meetings for the morning and then spend the rest of the day answering emails while sitting in a cold bath (erm with some safety considerations..)

top summer pregnancy tip: raspberry leaf tea ice pops. jelly. frozen grapes. just put everything in the freezer and maybe crawl in yourself and sit there for a bit..
