@googlenest how can I create more than 1 weekly schedule? I don't use the house every week so I need weekly schedules for when we won't be there. Everything I read says you can't, which doesn't make sense. Hope it can be done, hate to replace it at this point.

@OptimumHelp I am embarrassed to say I worked for Cablevision for 18 years, the way Altice has destroyed customer service is sad. Well I finally got services back last night. Verizon is coming Tuesday to install Fios. Happy to be done with the OOL support once and for all!

Hey @optimum and @AlticeUSA, now been over 9 hours with no service from this 5th major outage. Customer service (if you can call them that) keeps saying 1-2 hours.
When are we getting a refund?? Do I have to email Dexter and Hakiem to get a response?? Terrible service!
