กระทรวง อว. คือ "อีกหนึ่งกระดูกสันหลังของชาติ" ที่ต้องทำงานเชื่อมโยงกับทุกมิติ ทั้งเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และความมั่นคง

ประเทศไทยจะก้าวไปถึงจุดหมายในปี 2030 ได้ ต้องมี "อธิปไตยทางความคิดและเทคโนโลยี" เป็นของตัวเอง

เราจะไม่ใช่แค่ผู้ซื้อเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ แต่เราจะเป็น "ผู้เล่น" ที่สำคัญใน Tech War โดยใช้ความได้เปรียบจากฐานทรัพยากรและสติปัญญาของคนในชาติเป็นอาวุธสำคัญ
