This is not right @PrincessCruises! My 82-year-old father & family plus thousands of other people are freezing in a drafty warehouse waiting to embark the #CrownPrincess out of #SanFrancisco. There is no food available & water is limited. You are unable to leave unless you want to wait in line and be behind all the people in there (plus he is in a wheelchair) and DoorDash will not deliver there. you had them be there at 6:30 PM and they are not going to be on the ship until at least 10 PM. Do something!
