What I am currently working on…
1. I trade 📈 10+ years, stocks, crypto, options, futures. Disciplined risk/reward. I publish weekly education and setups with a macro read in my newsletter Market Insights & Trading Trends.
2. I build private AI operating systems for
businesses. Cloud or locally hosted. Prefer local because it is fully owned, no dependencies or limits. The agents can actually run workflows 24/7, not just answer questions.
If you are interested in one of those two things right now 👇🏽
If it's trading:

If it's AI for your business:

If it's both, you're in the right place just give me a follow 👊🏽
Small business owner "day off" bingo:
- "Quick question" text by 8:15am
- Checked email "just once" (11 times)
- Answered a customer call from the grocery store
- Fixed the printer remotely
- Said "I'm really unplugging next time"
How many did you get?
Our outreach system refused to run this week.
It checks the SMS account balance before every send. Balance was low, so it stopped and flagged me.
Annoying for 5 minutes. Way better than a system that guesses and half-sends to 200 people!
Friday, 4:58pm: "I'll send those invoices Monday."
Monday: 47 emails, 2 fires, a supplier call.
Thursday: "Wait. Did I EVER send those invoices?"
Every owner has lived this week at least once.
Invoice reminder rhythm that gets paid without being awkward:
3 days before due: friendly heads up
Due date: link to pay
3 days late: "just making sure this didn't get buried"
10 days late: phone call
Automate the first three. Make the call yourself!
Be honest. When a new lead comes in, you usually reply:
A) Within the hour
B) Same day
C) When I remember
D) There's a follow-up process?
No judgment. Just curious.
4 questions before you pay for any AI tool:
1. What manual work stops if it works?
2. Who does the customer reach when it can't help?
3. Can I export my data if I leave?
4. Will I manage more stuff after launch, or less?
Two bad answers = skip it.
Hot take:
If your contact form has 11 fields, a captcha, and a "we'll respond in 3-5 business days" message, you don't need AI.
You need to delete 8 fields.
Web form leads go cold fast. A simple setup:
1. Instant text: "Got it, here's what happens next."
2. Owner gets the lead summary on their phone.
3. Real reply within the hour.
4. No reply in 2 days? One friendly nudge.
No AI needed for step 1.
Been obsessed with the stock market since I was a teenager. Have traded through the dotcom bubble, the financial crisis and just about every market mania since. But I’ve never seen anything like the skepticism surrounding AI. Not even close. Every time one bubble narrative falls apart a new one takes its place. Rumors become headlines. Misleading data goes viral. Claims that could be debunked with 5 minutes of research get repeated by major media outlets, influential investors and Wall Street analysts. It’s relentless and honestly pretty fascinating to watch. Of course there will be spectacular failures and massive wealth destruction along the way. That’s what happens during technological revolutions. But I’ve never witnessed this much effort to convince the world that something so transformative is actually one giant speculative bubble destined to take the entire economy down with it. I understand why AI scares people. What I find harder to understand is why so many investors seem to be rooting for it to fail.
Things that are not an AI strategy:
- One ChatGPT login shared by 6 people
- A folder called "prompts FINAL v3"
- A chatbot on the site that only says "call us"
- Buying a tool because a podcast said to
What would you add?
A good catch, and fair point. They’re not the same denominator.
1.2% is coverage, the share of all local businesses ChatGPT ever recommends.
35.9% is frequency, how often a business appears in the “3-pack” per search.
Different math, but same takeaway. Google still decides who gets found, and your GBP is the lever that moves both!
ChatGPT recommends 1.2% of local businesses. Google's 3-pack shows them 35.9% of the time.
This week, spend 20 minutes on your Google Business Profile:
- Holiday hours
- 5 new photos
- Reply to every review
- Services list complete
Wedding photographers: your site is your portfolio. If the design competes with the photos, it's costing you bookings.
Rebuilt this one image-first, with pricing easy to find and "Let's Chat" always one tap away.

Every week: "This new AI model changes everything."
Every Monday at 8am: the voicemail box is still full and nobody's called back Friday's leads.
Start with Monday.
Me at 9am: "I'll just check one thing on the server."
Me at 1pm: rebuilt the firewall, rotated keys, wrote a checklist, and forgot to eat.
Sunday plans are a suggestion.
AI receptionist math for 200 calls/month at ~3 min each:
Build on a voice platform: ~$40 to $190
Managed AI service: ~$330 to $600
Human answering service: starts ~$250 for just 50 minutes
Then compare it to what one booked job is worth.
Saturday, 10:40am. Water under the kitchen sink.
You call 3 plumbers.
#1: voicemail
#2: voicemail
#3: answers and books you for noon
Who gets the job? Every single time.
Your customers run this same test on you every weekend.
My own server got ~17,000 password guesses in 7 days.
3 checks every small business should do this month:
1. Turn off password logins anywhere you can. Use keys or 2FA.
2. Ask what AI tools anyone installed "just to try."
3. Remove access for anyone who left.
Oct 7: Anthropic cut Opus 5.5 to $4/$20 per million tokens (was $5/$25).
Oct 12: Meta launched Muse Wonder at $4/$20.
Model prices keep falling every few months.
Don't sign a long contract that locks you to one model.
Lock in your workflows AND your data instead!
