@sainsburys decided to go for a delivery instead of a collection as thought it would be stress free. So wrong. Meant to be here between 6pm and 7pm, had to ring to check where it was 45 mins late and was told it would be 1hr to 1hr 30mins late, still waiting! #help

@HSBC_UK you approved me for a credit card after I completed an application, however my computer refreshed and then it went back to the beginning. You have sent 2 letters to get in touch by phone or on your app but neither are proving successful! Can I email for support? 😩

@sainsburys I have tried to use the voucher and order via click and collect to be able to use it but it will not work in the coupon section. I do not have any alcohol on the order which is the only restriction mentioned. How can I get this to work?

@SkyNetball pay for sky sports to watch netball but instead you stream it on YouTube with no sound 🤦‍♀️ well worth the he subscription!! Will you be sorting the sound? If it was football you would have sorted it straight away!!

@Sainsburys_Bank I set up a new credit card with you and asked for a balance transfer when applying. This has not been actioned and it is saying that I have no promotional offers on the card when in the app. How do I get this sorted? Was my old credit card charges very soon!

@sainsburys Hi, it is a lady I believe works at your Chesterfield branch but brings the click and collect van to the Crystal peaks branch. She has been there most Sunday mornings for the last few months :) she is super helpful and always very cheery. #goodcustomerservice

@AmazonHelp a great delivery by the Amazon driver today! When we are not in why would you leave it on the doorstop in high winds!! We were so lucky that all our neighbours didn't drive over it 🤦‍♀️ this is why we request for deliveries to be left in the log store!
