At the end of this call my bag was picked up and “first for delivery” within the next hour. (Even though I only live 15 mins from the airport). 8:25pm I get a call that someone else has my bag and I’m the 10th stop and my bag will be delivered by 12am. 4th promised delivery.

@united every person I’ve spoken to in the last week has been absolutely kind and helpful. But the systems are awful. Every flight was delayed. It took over an hour to get my bag from the locked luggage room after arriving 9 hours late on departure.

30 hours after finally arriving home, 15 hours after my scheduled arrival time my delayed bag has still not been delivered after 3 calls to your Premire 1k lost baggage line and 3 promised delivery windows.

6 flights, 6 delays or cancellations. I don’t remember a summer of travel like this. Regulations and consumer protections matter. It shouldn’t take 19 hours or coast $2000 to fly coast to coast in the U.S.
