Monad Testnet Feedback 💜

It’s been over six weeks of seriously testing Monad – and what a ride it's been.

General Impressions
Since the last feedback, this sentence has become even more accurate:
“I can confidently say: The Monad testnet is a completely different and unique experience compared to any other testnets!”

Faucet Issues
There are still ongoing issues with the faucet, which keeps pushing the community to come up with more and more creative ways to get MON.
Most of the major projects building on Monad are still sharing thousands of MON daily, and the community itself is constantly organizing giveaways.

DApps – Feels Like Mainnet
@MagicEden , the largest NFT marketplace with the biggest potential, continues to face major challenges. A lot of projects and creators are having issues with their platform. I really hope they manage to upgrade it before mainnet, because unfortunately, nothing has improved since my last feedback.

When it comes to DeFi apps, I’ve tested quite a few. The smoothest and fastest swapping experience came from:

@Bean_DEX
All of them are lightning-fast and work without any issues.

For lending, I spent the most time testing @nostrafinance – I’m familiar with their platform, and it works just as well on Monad.

Liquid staking is a serious feature on this testnet. We have:

@kintsu
@MagmaStaking

Each of these offers a great liquid staking experience with strong DEX liquidity and top-tier UX on their websites.

The NFT Scene on Monad

Nothing new here compared to last time – NFTs on Monad are a mind-blowing experience. The NFT hype is real: floors are being pumped to insane levels, and some users are offering real money for testnet NFTs – wild stuff.
Nads have also launched their NFTs – the former R3tards from @Dreiki10 – and their value went sky-high and just keeps going.
