Safe is fool proof. The spring tension is only damaging if it sits in storage.

@JobsNowPR That most people who get a PERM are already employed at the position they are posting and it is mostly for an I-485.
The reason they are hiding the job is because they already have someone doing this job. There is no real hiring process.
